--------------------------------------
I think i see what the problem is Gayl, Jeff.
when the center->group->client relationships is created (goes active to be more
specific), a customer_schedule is created, so in this case 'meeting dates'
would be occur on the 1st of each month from date customer was activated.
So in terms of the collection sheet (which is responsible for showing what
customers and accounts are due for payment/collection for a given centers
'meeting schedule'.
Depending on when the 'meeting schedule' was reedit to the 8th of the month,
what happens is that the first meeting schedule is not changed, only schedules
due at least 1 'meeting period' into the future are changed. So you end up with
meeting schedule for center of:
01-03-YYYY
08-04-YYYY
08-05-YYYY
08-06-YYYY
I think this is why the collection sheet is still coming up with a meeting
schedule of 'the first'.
The easiest way to check is to view the data in the customer_schedule table
related to the given center.
If the loan is then set up after this change to the 8th, then all installments
for loan schedule would fall on the 8th of month.
So basically until the date passes the 8th of the next month, anytime you try
to enter collection sheet data, it will keep coming up with the first schedule
'01-XX-YYYY'
> Enter Collection Sheet Data defaulting to wrong date for 1 centre and cannot
> be edited

> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Collection Sheet Entry
> Affects Versions: Release 1.6.0, Release 1.6.1
> Environment: version 1.6
> Reporter: Gayl Kennedy
> Assignee: keithwoodlock
> Fix For: Release E - Iteration 12, Release E

>
> For most centres this data entry screen for bulk entry of collection sheets
> is working fine. We have one centre which was originally set up with a
> centre meeting date of the 1st of the month. Prior to loan creation we
> updated the date to the 8th of the month.
> We are using version 1.6 with LSIM enabled.
> When we try to enter the repayments for Oct 8th the first repayment for this
> centre the "Enter Collection Sheet Data" is defaulting to October 1. and as a
> result there are no repayments due on that date. This field is greyed out
> for all centres and hence is non editable.
> We had to go into each client's loan account and apply the payment manually.
> We let it default to todays date for the payment, the repayment schedule does
> record it against the Oct 8th expected payment.
