Hi,
I am aware that if you change the meeting date it does not impact the
repayment date for the current month but in this case the repayment
schedule showed as Oct 8 but the CS only had Oct 1 so there was no
loan repayment due that date.
if it was due to changing the meeting date then the repayment date
should have been Oct 1 on the loan summary page also and we should
have been able to enter / edit the repayment amounts.
