Udai Gupta commented on MIFOS-5316:
-----------------------------------

You are not getting any popup/alert box saying Error when you try to approve?

At which step are you expecting the validation message?

Earlier invalid amounts used to throw exception.

Can you mention which call you are making with what parameter values?

> It is possible to approve invalid transaction using 'View REST Approval List'
> page

> 2. Go to Mifos and to 'View REST Approval List' page.
> 3. Check that operation appears with the WAITING status.
> 4. Click on Approve link and confirm.
> Expected result:
> It is not possible to Approve transaction with negative amount. Validation
> message should appear.
> Actual result:
> It is possible to approve transaction with negative amount. After you click
> on the details of that transaction then page with stack trace appears.
