Lukasz Chudy commented on MIFOS-5316:
-------------------------------------
Udai,
1. First I am sending transaction (repay) with amount=-300.
2. Then this transaction is displayed on 'View REST Approval List' page with
the state WAITING.
3. After that I'm cliking Details (Approve/Reject) link.
4. Pop-up with details appears and -300 is displayed as an amount.
5. Then I am clicking on Approve button and normal pop-up message appears
asking to confirm approval. See attached screenshot.
6. After confirming, operation with invalid amount is displayed on
Approved/Rejected list.
So I expect to see pop-up with validation message after clicking on Approve
button and there shouldn't be any possibility to Approve operaration with
negative amount. Validation message could say that that amount is inccorect and
user should update it to be able to approve the operation.
> It is possible to approve invalid transaction using 'View REST Approval List'

> Currently, it is possible to send incorrect transaction via REST Client and
> then approve it using 'View REST Approval List' page. This is causing stack
> trace.
> Repro:
> 1. Use REST Client and send repay operation with amount -200.
> 2. Go to Mifos and to 'View REST Approval List' page.
> 3. Check that operation appears with the WAITING status.
> 4. Click on Approve link and confirm.
> Expected result:
> It is not possible to Approve transaction with negative amount. Validation
> message should appear.
> Actual result:
> It is possible to approve transaction with negative amount. After you click
> on the details of that transaction then page with stack trace appears.
