One of the specs from Musonis needs around savings accounts was support for 'Sliding Interest Bands'.
So the interest rate applicable to the account can change depending on the balance of the account.
So should be able to setup as many bands as we like for the project e.g. gold - 8% - > $10000, silver - 5% -> %5000, bronze 3% -> $1000
