As I khow that the Grameen Koota is the Beta user of Mifos,
You also having a handsome pofolio.Here I am not given you a solution of
your problem but let me share my experience Reg war 1.4.
I am facing problems with WAR 1.4 Which i discuss regularly.Alhtough I am
running it on WS2003.But it hardly matters.
I suggest Please carry 1.3 as most trusted release.
