Hello Udai "13000-0000" is possible. We actually had our chart of accounts as "xxxx-xxxx-xxxx." I delved into this kind of problem before. Let me see what I can do. And also we also encountered Garyl Kennedy's blank screen problem and solved it. Let me see what I can do. I'll examine their Chart of Accounts and the Financial Action Mappings.
