Sorry for the late reply, was pretty busy the last few weeks.

Here are how the loan repayments and holidays should work

Scenario 1: Loans created after holiday is created - Should reflect the
holiday correctly when generating the schedule.

Scenario 2: Loans created before holiday is created - All loans should be
updated AFTER batch jobs run. - Actually, I believe this is the behavior but
someone should confirm/deny this.

Scenario 3: Rescheduling loans and holiday handling - Holidays appearing in
the future are handled correctly but holidays in the past aren't.  There is
a bug open on this that has been fixed for the next release -
