Gayl,

The batch job in question is ApplyHolidayChangesTask.

It does sound like the batch job isn't working correctly:

This could be for the following reasons:

1) its not running correctly every night

  - would need to check tables to see if its running correctly

2) its running but for some reason the loan arent being picked up
correct becuase of associated holiday

 - would need to get a dump of data and test this

3) the batch is running and loans are being pick up however
re-generation of schedule is broken for some reason?
