Gayl, Sorry to hear about your data issue. This is also troubling as I've never heard of anything happening within Mifos before, neither can I fathom how this is possible. Can you shed some more light into what happened? Have you done an investigation into what happened?
Do you believe this came from Mifos or do you have some other software/operations running against mifos? (scripts, other software hitting mysql, etc).
