Hi, we are still investigating. It was quite a shock on Monday morning to discover all loans and savings were zero! There were some error messages on the log at startup of the server so Tolu has implemented a planned shut down every evening instead of just having someone in the IT dept. power down the server when they were going home, regardless of any active sessions. There is nothing else running on that server. We are getting apache tomcat error messages from time to time, e.g. this morning when I tried to close a savings account -The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request. I will send the details to Keith in case it is related.
