Ryan, As FYI, Keith Woodlock (prior to this happening) was planning to spend a little time looking at their database and configuration to troubleshoot other outstanding issues.
He now has their database and their logs so perhaps he will find something there. Gayl, please do share any details you can about what happened prior to this data issue.
