Over the last couple of years, the team at SunGard has been actively
involved in providing production and deployment support MIFOS
deployments at multiple client locations.
In our experience, we have found that supporting the MIFOS deployments
is not limited to just resolving the typical MIFOS application errors.
Additionally we have had to help the IT staff at the MFIs to get upto
speed on other aspects in the MIFOS ecosystem like Tomcat issues or
various reporting server issues.
We have made an attempt to collate all the common issues reported by our
various clients and put in a document for ready reference by the current
and the potential users of MIFOS. As a result we have come up with two
types of manuals -
* Implementation Manual
* Support Manual

Request everyone on the user community to provide feedback on the
document and rate it at a scale of 1 to 10.

suggestions to make it a perfect 10! J
Once we have the feedbacks, we suggest that we add this document to the
Wiki so that MIFOS users ( old and new) can refer it to resolve/rectify
there day to day support issues.
