Can you share the snapshot of your product definition page, your system
information etc with us ? Tried with a fresh installation of Mifos 2.2.3 today
after downloading from mifos.org and did not see this behavior. The only
difference I see currently between your system configuration and mine is that I
am using Jetty -Windows and you are using Tomcat-Ubuntu.( from the previous
email). But for what you are trying to do, these should ideally not matter
because Tomcat 7.0 should still support Mifos ( atleast some of the basic
functions like loan schedule creation).

I am not enabled LSIM feature.
I did fresh installation of Mifos-v2.2.3 but still I am facing the same problem.
I have to make any changes in applicationConfiguration.custom.properties file?

Did you by any chance have LSIM enabled and hence set the loan payment
frequency as weekly during creation?
Otherwise not sure why you are seeing such a behavior.

Sorry, loan product frequency of installments 2 week(s) and repayment
schedule has to generate fortnightly but its generating weekly.

Repayment schedule is generated weekly but it has to generate biweekly as per
loan product details.
Could you please explain me why repayment schedule is generated like this if my
understanding is correct or am I missing out on something here?
