If you have not enabled LSIM, the loan schedule will go hand in hand with
the meeting schedule that is why its picking weekly schedule even though
product defined is fortnight repayment.
Enable LSIM by running this sql statement against your mifos database:
*update config_key_value_integer set configuration_value='1' where
configuration_id='5'*

After you have enabled this feature, book a new loan specifying repayment
every 2 weeks in the loan account application and you will have a fortnight
repayment schedule.
