We are evaluating Mifos for our lending platform. While evaluation, my team came up with following observations on missing features in Mifos. 1. Auto assigning of leads/loan applications to credit officers 2. Tracking the comments/notes given by credit officers on loan applications 3. Support for document management (documents provided by customers) 4. Tracking of loans as per different criteria (loans requested/ approved / declined/ cancelled) For above reasons, my team may not use Mifos. Thought to share these with you all. If any of the above features make sense from product perspective, you may want to add to the product. Also, some CRM features can be thought of to make Mifos much more compelling and one stop solution for many lending organizations.
