Any additional reports you require can be added easily using our reporting API's You can also achieve custom workflows ( auto assign loan applications to loan officers, using what logic ?) by orchestrating the available API's. We do not have a full fledged CRM though and prefer the approach of integrating with other CRM vendors for now .
