I need to know about the "Financial Year" in mifos x.
For example if we set a "financial-year-beginning-month" value as '4' in the
"configuration" where it can be reflect?
1. it can be not allowing the accounting entries for previous month(1,2,3) ?
2. The Balance sheet report generate based from "4th month" to "END_DATE" ?
please be reply me if anyone have knowledge about this.
And also we need some clarification based on the this. That's why i am asking
the above question.
Currently we have data from "2019-01-01" and "financial-year-beginning-month"
is also '1'. But as per our organisation rule the financial year beginning
month is "APRIL".
So, we need to generate a balance sheet report from "2019-04-01"(YY-MM-DD) to
end_date in the report.
I tried some ways to generate a report for our requirement
1. just change the value of the "financial-year-beginning-month" is '4'. But
nothing can change in the "Balance sheet" report. It same as a old report.
2. also copy the database to local and open the pentaho report file(prpt flie)
via "Pentaho report designer"tool. After that i have add start date parameter
and change some query related to start date and end date. Those changes i have
made in all Sub-report also. After the change i just got a empty report. But
before the changes i have got a report data.
i think it's something related to accounting.
So, please be reply any one have idea about this.
