[Mikrotik] RB192 boot problems

I've got 3 brand new 192 that are all showing the same problem. When I 
try to boot them, I get the single beep for power but never any double 
beep. I've attached a serial cable and rebooted and here is what I get:

setting up elf image... OK
jumping to kernel code

and then it freezes.

Any ideas?
