I just had an RB333 go deaf on Ether1. POE works great on that port but no
joy for Ethernet.

I ended up (after an 8 hour snow-mobile adventure) bridging ether2 to my
wlan port and running a second Ethernet cable up the tower to the 333.

When I looked closely at the Ether1 it looks like the chrome or whatever
coats the contact in the port had rubbed of or corroded.

Anyone else seen this?

I had 3 rb333s do that and ended up having to return them for
replacement.
