Hi, We have 35+ 493 series routers... mostly 493s.. some 493Ahs at towers all running off 24V battery sources (using a Tycon POE that takes 9-36v in), and puts out exactly 24v. (regardless of input voltage - we tested it).
The 493s will occasionally lockup (more frequently than is acceptable), with only the Blue Power LED being on (no Ethernet lights). It requires a power cycle to get back, Getting annoying... is there any fix?
