You should be able to factory reset with netinstall.

Hi guys,

I made a major whoopsie when I was flushing an old config from an RB750 I pulled from service. This unit had it's IP addresses assigned to a bridge interface and apparently mac server has been disabled. I was removing the interfaces from the bridge, forgetting about the IP assignment and now have a unit that I cannot get in to via winbox or ssh/telnet. Since mac-server doesn't appear to be working, I can't access it by any of the mac addresses either.

Is there any way to get into this or reset it to a default, workable config? I've tried the reset button but it doesn't appear to do anything useful.
