I am under the same belief he is.  It is my understanding that numerous
countries privacy laws can be construed to cover electronic email and
"intrusions" to do A/V and A/S by the ISP.  Even storing IPs of users for
more than 3-days in the EEA can be considered personal information.
However, I don't believe these laws have been tested from an Anti-Viral
perspective.
