I'm using 2.39 version on linux, and I am trying to determine how much memory it uses, compared to 2.38. Top appears to indicate that they are using the same amount of memory. How can I see the different memory usage on them? (I looked on google for the answer to this question, and didn't see anything.)
Is their another command I could use for this? The downstream debian mimedefang maintainer Christoph Martin just uploaded newer 2.39 versions for debian, and for backports.org. I've been helping him (just a tiny bit) test them, and I wanted to determine how much less memory 2.39 embedded compared to 2.38. My memory comparison is showing this: 2.39 18961 defang 11 0 25436 24M 4752 S 0.0 9.9 0:02 mimedefang.pl 18962 defang 9 0 24604 24M 4160 S 0.0 9.6 0:02 mimedefang.pl 2.38 19206 defang 9 0 25444 24M 4744 S 0.0 9.9 0:02 mimedefang.pl 19221 defang 9 0 25032 24M 4584 S 0.0 9.7 0:02 mimedefang.pl This shows the same usage. -- Luke Computer Science System Administrator Security Administrator,College of Engineering Montana State University-Bozeman,Montana _______________________________________________ Visit http://www.mimedefang.org and http://www.canit.ca MIMEDefang mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.roaringpenguin.com/mailman/listinfo/mimedefang
