Be aware that upgrading from 2.44 to 2.45 (when 2.45 comes out) will still fail, because the preuninstall scriptlet is run from the old package, I believe. Off topic: I hate RPM! Does anyone have a *good* document where all this stuff is documented? Half the stuff in .spec files seems to be undocumented magic.
