Off topic: I hate RPM! Does anyone have a *good* document where all this stuff is documented? Half the stuff in .spec files seems to be undocumented magic.
I know what you mean, there's a lot of lore. I pick up a lot from other spec files, and some from when I followed the RPM mailing list. The RPM website (http://www.rpm.org/) has improved somewhat with better documentation.
