http://dag.wieers.com/packages/mimedefang/ MD is already available through Dag's repository, the packages are just a bit behind current version. But I would like to see MD being part of Fedora Extras. I have a good connection to Axel Thimm (ATrpms.net) - he asked me to join his packager team. I'll think over this topic.
