If you want to run ClamAV as the defang user (or any user other than root),
make sure you fix the SpamAssassin bug that destroys the umask and makes
files unreadable.

actual bug.

This bug exists in all versions of SpamAssassin, up to and including the
most recent 2.64 release.  3.0 is apparently fixed.
