Good and bad are human perception, but evil is not just simply bad.
There is a quality to it that makes it different than that which is
bad.  It is that which is bad, that we cannot, or don't want to
understand.  It is Other Bad.  We have tendencies to give faces and
motives to things that are Other, if they don't have faces and motives
already.
