I agree. One superior meat market opened a branch in the nearby suburb
and left since all they could sell were hot dogs and hamburger- back
in the 70's. Beef should be grass fed- that was Kansas and the plains
but it was turned into wheat production during WWII. A terrible strain
on artesian wells. Also buyers became drugged by processed foods. You
could also cite the exclusion of courses in home economics and shop in
public education along with the industrialization of the food
industry. Failed taste buds.
