That was a select group and their grumblings betray their own greed of making 12-15% while no one else did. The Madoff's will lose their fortune- homes- pay the price of social shunning- shatter some myths in the Jewish community and others about inside deals. There are other examples of Titans and schemers falling. In the meantime, it has nothing to do with a decline in 40% of your net worth, signing a crooked mortgage, running up outrageous debt, college loans, health costs, the creation of an obscene consumer culture. Does it matter if it's 30 pieces of silver or 60 billion?
