When I said you were being rhetorical, it was because you were not sincerely seeking to understand the idea I present and were instead avoiding the issue. I'll be very happy to give my view of here and now :-)
Yes! Every body spends all of their time 'here and now' because that's all there IS. You nailed that down very well, in your post above.
