Aren't you then implying that these minorities, now on the upswing, will later wield a vengeful sword upon those of the former ruling ethnic classes? In cases of reverse discrimination I always contend that the "act itself" condones the "act itself". If any minority discriminates against anyone else it clearly makes a statement that discrimination is okay and so it was okay that they were discriminated against. So we can't end discrimination based on ethnicity so "That" ethnicity could engage discrimination.
