Maybe not, Neil. If the Celtic Confederation assumed its natural
boundaries by inviting Cornwall and Brittany to join up (oh yes, and
the Isle of Man, in order to have our very own tax haven) then there's
the Celtic Sea. The Kinsale Head Field off the Cork coast has been
merrily providing natural gas for over thirty years now, there may
well be further fossil fuel reserves there.
