I think if you look up quotes under happiness you will find anything you seek. i like the quote by, i guess some indian guy, that goes... As long as you are seeking happiness (or God), you will never find it, because the act of seeking itself is a confession of unhappiness".- Adi Da Samraj. happiness is not the subject. our actions and thoughts can be though. our happiness is dependant upon our actions. then you can go deep into the mentality of people. I never see what has been done; I only see what remains to be done. Siddhartha Buddha. there is wisdom in that. try reading some confucious. philosophy. but it is just as you make it i think. sometimes i realize that one bad thought can ruin your day. it is sort of like a pattern, but once you understand it it changes... you change, but there is then more to learn. a circle? circles... who really knows the truth? should we seacrh for hidden truths? i think the disposition of one creates one "happiness" level. "The greatest part of our happiness depends on our dispositions, not our circumstances" - Martha Washington. "I quote others only in order the better to express myself.” -Michel de Montaigne
