Kenny I can only speak for my self.. for in reality that is all I really know.. I do know that I am alcoholic and it is better for me if I do not pick up the first drink and that I live in the here and now. Some time during the day,, evening actually I decide I am not going to have an alcoholic drink for the next 24 hours. after 29 year so doing this it really is not much of a problem but it is now part of my prayer ritual. what does this have to do with happiness, In the morning when I wake up I make the discussion I am going to have a good day whether I like it or not. In the evening I look over my day or the last 24 hours and as I look over the events of the day, I find that it has been a good day despite all my best efforts to screw it up and I have ben happy. weird prayer huh..
