Ahh then that does make more sense. UHT(Ultra Heat Treated) as the name suggest heats the milk up to a greater heat and destroys all of the bacteria, pasterisation leaves an amout of the natural bactieria found in milk. So more heat keeps for longer destorys more of the tatse.
My preferance is for what I call 'full fat milk' used to be known as 'Gold top' over here now it seems to have a blue top. Still that is all pasturised milk, red is skimmed, green is semi skimmed, and blue is full fat! Yummy.
