Ha! Even Gene Kelly carried an umbrella- just in case.//Nope- creatures need purposes and those in power conjure what those organizing principles will be. This is true of Nature- excluding Chaos- from colonies, to flocks to herds, etc. Great football game between the Saints and Redskins yesterday and I was thinking- those guys are huge brutes- thank heavens for the rules and refs!!! Maybe that's why we appreciate sports- it has rules and boundaries. In no less way, a home raising children- who start out as selfish tyrants- sets some standards- as do farms, businesses, etc. A current problem with our government and culture is that order has broken down- much like the demise of ancient Greece and Rome- and countless other examples in human history. k1,p1...k1,p1...
