Your past doesn't go before the birth of the universe and your future doesn't go beyond the disintegration of the universe. So what is before and what is after? To my mind the only reasonable conclusion is that time has no beginning and no end. For that to be possible there have to be other universes in parallel and time is relative to other universes.
