My comments were civil and tempered. I'm not responsible for reactions to them by others. You started out with some sort of personal persecution complex concerning my post which despite it's bite was obviously not directed towards you. I simply made a comment and got dragged into this circus of emotional acrobatics.
Trying to stay with the thread topic here........All the religious texts I have ever read are imo just compilations of ancient man's conjuring in an attempt to explain what still cannot be explained in any format, including science. The background and under the shroud of all religions lies the ugly truth of human squalor and atrocity. All we have is countless groups of humans all claiming some mystical knowledge and connection with some deity involved in creationism or other theory concerning our origins. And now your going to tell me what my lookout is and that my concerns seem hollow after determining that my demeanor was that of a very angry and hostile individual. Its amazing that you can just figure that out on your own but it doesn't work for me. So what litmus test are you using? I might consider using it if I can avoid the picayune little warnings about subtle ad homs. I'm sure I could dig through old threads to find blatant ad hom attacks without the slightest mention from anyone. I guess it must be the noobie thing, neat and tidy and to the letter.
