you know..(this is a personal response..not proposing anuthing) leadership..the use of the word today just turns me off..in fact all these words..skills..adaptability..they somehow give a very artificial tone..why should someone 'develop' leadership skills.... you are either a leader or you aint a leader..and lead who? to wat or where?..and why lead or follow...i steer clear of 'leaders' ... they are not usually my type of people.. but then again all values are subjective..at least i think so...
