I'm thinking it is something like information that is traveling
through the airwaves like radio and television but let's say there is
no receiver to present the information to the general public like
televisions and radios. So the psychic or clairvoyant has some
ability to intercept the transmission of postmortem energy that is if
there is any energy to be received. The consciousness, without a new
physical form, probably remains out there in the cosmos until such
time as it becomes a new person and within that time frame that
consciousness can be intercepted. This was the basis for my quantum
travel and dreams thread from yesteryear in which I presented the idea
that much of our lucid dream content is tapping into another
consciousness whether it is one confined to this planet, one in the
cosmos or one in a parallel universe is up for grabs. There is
certainly much to be explored in this area.
