Easy gruff, I sense a culturally based misconstrued interpretation of
commentary. I think RP is thinking that you actually "believe" in
ghosts and ghouls instead of interpreting your position as correlating
nonsense with nonsense. I have to admit that I think RP is a hard
case but so are Pat and others within these walls. At least we're not
being dragged across the space time continuum in order to understand
the "one". To each his own is the way it begins and the way it ends.
We don't change anyone's mind or dissuade them from their beliefs but
simply thrash about in the hope of understanding how other brains
work. We all are entitled to our opinions concerning the multitude of
topics in here as you, an old timer in the soup, should know. RP may
just be another self proclaimed enlightened one trying to persuade
others to follow the light. Well that is what I think; I may be
wrong.

So did you hear about the Rabbi that went to the Vatican to visit with
the Pope? He saw a gold phone on the Pope's desk and asked what it
was for. The Pope replied that it was a direct line to God and
offered the Rabbi a chance to use it as long as he would pay the
charges. The Rabbi agreed and talked for an hour. Later the Pope
presented the Rabbi with the $79 phone bill.
A year later the Pope went to Jerusalem to visit the Rabbi and noticed
a gold phone on his desk. The Rabbi informed the Pope that it was a
direct line to God and offered the Pope a chance to use it as long as
he would pay the charges. The Pope agreed and talked for an hour.
Later the Rabbi presented the Pope with the $1.00 phone bill. The
Pope of course asked why it was so inexpensive to which the Rabbi
responded, "It's a local call".
