Of course are not a punishment but rather a natural planetary force that though it is going to happen is not preplanned nor can it be said that it is in punishment.. those that say that I wonder about their knowledge of right and wrong. . but there are some people that you will never be able to explain anything because they know it all and their minds are closed.
