taoism started as a way of catagorizing like minded thoughts of different philosophers who didnt always agree , what of my self preservation, spiders can be poisonous , slaping it would be instinct ( the sword and the mind ( its a book ) and justifiable for more than 1 reason , im at the top of the food chain 4 one , but to cultivate awareness of the 3 jewels is to alter instinct , self induced evolution of sorts , and to then be able to instinctivly pluck it off as it bites u
