There is another technology where they can effectively wash out the original 
DNA carrying matter leaving behind an organic structure to rehabitate with 
someone's own blood. They can grow human body parts on animals, clean them, 
and transplant them to the person. Sure it is much more complex than this 
summary, but it opens up some great possibilities, and would greatly reduce 
the rejection rate.
