Ohhh I'll get to reading that when I find the time. So without having read it here is what I think.
There are no natural human rights, theer are no natural rights at all save those that are granted or taken. Our Human Rights at this stage are both taken and granted and are in a state of evolution. What do I mean by taken and granted? An example of rights taken would be historical examples. The French and American revolutions, the siging of the Magna Carter. These are rigths by which the people felt agrived enough to fight for. Freedom in other words, but a right that is taken can also be taken in turn. A right that is granted, would be laws and legislation granted to a citizen by a body, like a goverment, or the European Court of Human Rights.
