Here's another idea I'd never heard of. It's in the early stages but it 
showing promise. This would make giving to the poor so much more gratifying 
knowning it's not used to pay for crack and get tatoos. I could really get 
behind something like this.

It's better then passing out bootstraps, no?     (the "no?" used in fond 
rememberance of Ornamental Mind) Where is that old cantankerous dinosaur
