Technically, everything that we do or is done is in the past.  There is no 
present because of the "uncuttable piece" of time.  No matter how you split 
a nanosecond it doesn't exist in the present.  You can only measure its 
passing.

Back to topic:
Predetermination requires structure.  Structure requires absolutes.  The 
only absolute is entropy.  So all things change. Freedom is only a mental 
construct based on perception.  I am not free to fly.

I agree that it is up to us to remove negative feelings.  But anger is also 
a right.  If God is in each of us why do you refer to God as "He"?
