Thank you for the compliment. :-) But I think we should really be starting to not use others as a pretext to not speak for ourselves and what we perceive individually. I believe there is nothing more constant than the change. So fear not the Bully! Speak out what YOU see and then let's see how we will come to find a new solution. The more people speak up against the perceived injustice the stronger we become! Have a wonderful day everyone. :-)
